Since we started working with cloud applications, it has been amazing to see the evolution of integration tools. The biggest feature, as it relates to cloud integration, is the depth of the web services interface. At this stage, web services not only allow you to integrate data, but to even perform application configurations. This makes real time integration a very feasible option and it allows for IT management and admin to centralize some of their functions such as user setup and security settings. These are incremental steps in making IT departments more efficient. We all know that the workload is continually increasing while the staffing is not keeping up with the needs. That is the main reason we think that cloud migration is inevitable.
